My faith-based counseling emphasizes the power of spiritual healing alongside traditional therapy techniques, fostering resilience and joy in challenging times.

Do you offer in-person services?

I do! Contact me via email at [email protected] or call (289) 273-2965 to find out more.

Can I attend therapy sessions if I am not Christian?

Absolutely! While my approach integrates Christian principles, I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and beliefs. My goal is to support each client's journey, respecting their unique perspectives and tailoring my approach to meet their specific needs.

What can I expect from the first consultation?

The first consultation is a 15-minute phone call that allows us to understand your needs and determine how best to support you. It’s a chance for you to ask questions, learn more about my methods, and feel out whether my services align with your expectations.

Are there any resources available to help me before I start therapy?

Look no further than the navigation bar at the top of the screen! This website offers a range of free resources designed to provide immediate support and insight into various mental health topics.

How often should I attend sessions?

The frequency of sessions can vary depending on your individual needs and goals. During your initial consultation, we will discuss and determine a session plan that best supports your path to wellness.

What is the cancellation policy?

Share the Light Therapy requires at least 48-hours notice for any cancellations. Sessions cancelled less than 48-hours prior to appointments (or no shows) will be charged the full session fee. Contact [email protected] to cancel and/or reschedule any sessions.

God has transformed my life and he can do the same for you

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.I embrace a faith-based, holistic, integrative, and strengths-based approach, aiming to break chains and share the transformative light of God with my clients. Culturally sensitive, I celebrate the diversity of traditions, beliefs, and values, recognizing their impact on our life approaches. Before diving into mental health, my journey led me through the arts, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre & Film from McMaster University. As the former captain of the varsity dance team, I firmly believe in the healing power of creativity, considering ourselves as reflections of the ultimate Creator.A bit about me beyond the therapy room – I like to dance, travel, workout, try new foods, and be around my family & friends. Whether I'm taking quiet walks, engaging in sports, indulging in reality TV, or sharing a good laugh, I'm here to bring a touch of fun and understanding into your life's intricate dance. I believe that in the therapy room laughter is not just welcome—it's a powerful tool we'll use together to find joy amid life's challenges.

Let's find your rhythm, and share a few laughs along the way!
